Welcome to BALTICA. Elsa, Anders, Kristina and the others are looking forward to meeting you. No, these are not the hosts' names. That's how we named our holiday homes. Why do they have Swedish names?
There are several reasons to that. Firstly, the houses were built using technology that originated in Sweden, which is characterised by solid construction, form simplicity and excellent insulation that effectively protects against summer heat and winter cold. Secondly, we have decorated the interiors in a modern Scandinavian style using natural materials and colours as well as practical solutions that promote calm and relaxation. Finally, Sweden is, after all, not far from here. When you stand on the beach in Mielenko and look straight ahead over the sea, you will be looking right in its direction. Perhaps, there is an Elsa or an Anders on the other side of the Baltic Sea standing on a beach and looking back in your direction right now...
In our resort in Mielenko by the Baltic Sea, we have prepared 12 comfortable, year-round holiday cottages, each with 70 m² of living space, designed for a relaxing family stay.
The cottages are two-storey, semi-detached and can accommodate up to 7 people (including up to 5 adults). Each cottage features a private 18 m² terrace equipped with a table and chairs – the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation in the fresh air.
The cottages are surrounded by greenery, which provides peace, privacy and closeness to nature – making your stay with us the perfect setting for true rest by the Baltic Sea.
Our cottages are fully year-round – insulated and heated – so you can enjoy a comfortable stay both in summer and during the off-season.

Interiors
The interiors of our homes were designed to provide space for relaxation and tranquillity. The result is comfortable, cosy and practically furnished interiors:

On the ground floor, there is an open-plan living room with a double sofa bed, a dining area and a kitchenette, as well as a bathroom.

The upper floor includes a double bedroom with a full-size double bed and a triple bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed.

Each house features a spacious shady terrace with a table and chairs.

Our homes are fully furnished and equiped with a fridge, dishwasher, hob, all essential cooking utensils, a large TV, bed linen and towels.
Neighbourhood
BALTICA is located a short distance from the sea. The beautiful wide beach can be reached after a pleasant 10-minute walk through the climatic coastal forest. There are quite a few forest paths here and it is worth taking a walk or a bike ride to discover the numerous attractions along them.
For thrill-seekers, there is a high ropes course in Mielno, 2 km away, where neither the youngest nor seasoned survival lovers will be bored. Nearby, there is also a funfair and many other attractions for children.
Mielenko is also a perfect destination for good food lovers. Here you can enjoy the delicious dishes and desserts that Polish seaside restaurants and cafes are famous for, such as fried and smoked fish, herring salads or waffles (in our opinion, some of the best on the Polish coast). In addition to traditional cuisine, you will find tasty pizzas made from original Italian ingredients, delicious burgers and excellent ice creams.
For a truly seaside experience, visit the fishing harbour in nearby Unieście, where you can try dishes made of fresh fish "straight from the fishin boat". A short distance from Mielenko, there is also Koszalin with its modern, roofed aquapark (16 km), Kołobrzeg with its famous promenade and lighthouse (35 km), and Darłowo with its beautiful seaport and sliding bridge (45 km). In just 15 minutes, you will reach the breathtaking theme gardens of Hortulus with the world's largest hornbeam labyrinth, located in the town of Dobrzyca (6 km).
